Shipping & Delivery

Ellamental Expressions offers products ranging from small personal crystals and jewelry to collector specimens and large statement geodes. Shipping methods and delivery requirements therefore vary by product.

Processing Times

Estimated processing and fulfillment times are provided on individual product pages where applicable. Some products may be fulfilled directly by one of our carefully selected third-party suppliers and may ship from a location different from our business address.

Standard Shipping

Smaller products are generally shipped using parcel carriers. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Collector and Oversized Items

Larger specimens may require special packaging or oversized shipping.

Statement Geodes and Freight

Large geodes, cathedrals, and other substantial mineral specimens may require custom crating, freight delivery, lift-gate service, inside delivery, or professional placement.

Freight charges and delivery requirements may be calculated separately or quoted before the order is finalized. Product pages will identify pieces requiring special freight arrangements.

Customers purchasing large specimens are responsible for confirming that the delivery location can safely accommodate the dimensions and weight of the piece.

Receiving Freight Shipments

Please inspect freight shipments carefully upon delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery documentation before signing whenever possible, and photograph any damage to the crate, packaging, and specimen.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, restricted access, redelivery, or storage may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

International availability varies by product. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by their destination country.
