Products and Natural Materials
Ellamental Expressions sells crystals, gemstones, mineral specimens, jewelry, decorative pieces, gifts, and related products.
Crystals and minerals are natural materials. Variations in color, shape, texture, inclusions, fractures, crystal structure, mineral deposits, and other naturally occurring characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
Where a product is identified as an Exact Specimen, photographs are intended to represent the individual piece being offered for sale.
Where products are sold as representative pieces, the item received may vary naturally from the examples shown.
We make reasonable efforts to disclose known treatments, repairs, stabilization, synthetic origin, provenance, or other relevant information when that information is available to us.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, measurements, weights, photographs, pricing, and other information are accurate.
Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.
Measurements and weights may vary slightly unless expressly identified as exact.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order where a material listing or pricing error has occurred.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving:

- unavailable products
- shipping restrictions
- inability to fulfill a large or specialty order safely
One-of-a-kind items are sold subject to availability and may not be replaceable if lost or damaged.
Payments

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, customs fees, or other delivery costs may be added where appropriate.
Shipping and Freight
Shipping requirements vary depending on the product.
Large geodes, cathedrals, collector specimens, and other oversized items may require custom crating, freight delivery, lift-gate service, inside delivery, or professional placement.
Customers purchasing large pieces are responsible for confirming that their property, access points, floors, doorways, stairs, and intended display area can safely accommodate the item.
Additional freight costs caused by inaccessible delivery locations, failed delivery attempts, storage, redelivery, or incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Certain one-of-a-kind, oversized, freight-delivered, custom, special-order, or statement pieces may be designated Final Sale.
Final Sale items are not returnable for preference or change of mind except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or materially misdescribed.
